A Private Space means the booked area is reserved exclusively for you and your group. All private bookings include a dedicated entrance, offering a more comfortable and exclusive experience.

The organizer must provide valid government issued ID drivers license or Ontario Photo Card (Purple ID) to book the party room or karaoke lounge.

Every player must have valid government issued ID drivers license or Ontario Photo Card (Purple ID) that matches exactly to the name on their waiver form to show to Archers Arena staff.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Any lateness will cut into your game time, and unfortunately, we cannot extend your session.

Yes. Everyone who enters must sign a waiver individually. Parent or guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18.

Glitter of any kind (wrapping paper, etc)

Piñatas

Confetti

Sparklers

Popcorn

Nuts

Smoking (cigarettes / vaping) or drugs of any kind

Any footwear after the entrance

Alcohol without a Special Occasions Permit (SOP)
