Valid Drivers License or Purple Identification Card Required before entering.
DO NOT BRING:
- Glitter of any kind (wrapping paper, etc)
- Piñatas
- Confetti
- Sparklers
- Popcorn
- Nuts
- Smoke (cigarettes / vaping)
PRIVATE SPACE: Private Sessions means only you and your group in your space. Our private Sessions all include your own entrance and the only other person you’ll come in contact with is our staff.
MASKS: Medical face masks are recommended indoors. We reserve the right to refuse service to people that are offensive or rude to our staff.
SPECTATORS: We do not have a spectator space as our new entrances open right into the court. If you require a space to entertain your guests that are not playing please book our Karaoke Lounge.
CANCELLATION: Here is the link to our cancellation policy
ENTRANCE DOOR: We have 4 different doors-Unit 3,4 Back and Front Doors at 1140 Sheppard Ave West, Please refer to the poster on the door to find the correct entrance for your booking
OUTSIDE FOOD: There is no outside food or open drinks allowed in the court, to bring outside food please book Karaoke Lounge.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Please check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation.
TIMING: Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time, and ring the doorbell. Unfortunately any lateness will cut into your game time. We cannot extend your session.
