How are sessions scheduled?
Schedules drop Monday night before 7pm for the following week, to keep activities fresh and exciting.
Many days will have back-to-back options where you can use 2 credits on 1 trip. Many parents use this time to go shopping at Costco or Yorkdale nearby.
Where can I book my sessions after purchasing?
Please log in to your account profile at bookeo.com/archersarena to schedule your sessions.
Can I book multiple sessions back-to-back?
Yes. You can book back-to-back sessions if spots are available.
When should I arrive for my session?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked session.
Do we need to sign a waiver before entering?
Yes. Everyone who enters must sign a waiver individually. A parent or guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18.

What should kids wear or bring?
All equipment is provided.
Recommended personal items:
• Athletic clothing
• Water bottle
• Regular or agility socks
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive your credit back.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the credit.
Battle Pass payment is non-refundable after the 2nd session as per terms of purchase — can only be used as credit for other services.
What are the terms for refund?
We require a short feedback call with our management team. This allows us to discuss your experience, clarify any unmet expectations, and ensure we continue to improve our processes.
