FAQ

  • Any unused session credits are fully convertible to prorated cash value, redeemable toward any other Archers Arena service or package at regular price at the end of the season on August 31st 2026.

    Note: Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

  • Schedules drop Monday night before 7pm for the following week, to keep activities fresh and exciting.

    Many days will have back-to-back options where you can use 2 credits on 1 trip. Many parents use this time to go shopping at Costco or Yorkdale nearby.

  • Yes. You can book back-to-back sessions if spots are available.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive your credit back.

    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the credit.

    Battle Pass payment is non-refundable after the 2nd session as per terms of purchase — can only be used as credit for other services.

  • Please arrive At least 5 minutes before booked session.

  • Yes. Everyone who enters must sign a waiver individually. Parent or guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18.
