Yes. Everyone who enters must sign a waiver individually. Parent or guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for any booking. Late arrivals may miss check-in or training, which will cut into your game time. Unfortunately, we’re not able to extend sessions to make up for lost time.

We offer 100% refund for bookings cancelled before 6 days of reserved session.
No-shows/cancellations within 6 days of booking are considered FINAL and will be charged for the minimum number of people for the session. Bookings cancelled between 6 days up to 24 hours of the reserved session will have the charged amount remain as store credit for 1 other booking.
In case of cancellations on bookings with promotions. The promotion may become ineligible or pro-rated based on individual promotion conditions.
Bookings using credit, vouchers, or PLAYPASS are FINAL bookings unless agreed upon by Archers Arena management.
