Corporate Events FAQ

PRIVATE SPACE: Private Sessions means only you and your group in your space. Our private events all include your own entrance and the only other person you’ll come in contact with is our coach.

SPECTATORS: We do not have a spectator space as our new entrances open right into the court. If you require a space to entertain your guests that are not playing please book our karaoke party room.

PAYMENT: Organizers will NOT be charged online, credit card is to hold the spot as per our cancellation policy, your group can pay individually in person with cash, credit, debit or mobile.

ENTRANCE DOOR: We have 4 different doors Unit 3,4 back and front doors at 1140 Sheppard Ave West, please refer to posters on each door to find the correct entrance for your booking.

OUTSIDE FOOD: There is no outside food or open drinks allowed in the court, to bring outside food please book Karaoke Party room.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Please check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation.

TIMING: Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time, and ring the doorbell. Unfortunately any lateness will cut into your game time. We cannot extend your session.
