The Philosophy · Read First
▼Cleaning is a kit, just like setting up an archery lesson or an activity.
- Clean what needs cleaning, in the order that makes it easiest — use the tools you have.
- Disinfect what needs disinfecting; visually clean the rest — no chunks, no residue.
- Top to bottom so mess moves with gravity, never up onto what you've cleaned.
- Check under things — tables, cushions, booths — that's where mess hides.
- Never redo work. Don't step on a mopped floor or sweep dirt over a clean spot.
PREP IS SPEED. The more you have staged and ready before you start, the faster the actual clean goes. A fully-prepped kit means you never break rhythm to go hunt for a tool — grab every supply first, then don't stop.
Works solo — but there are network effects with 2 people: the steps overlap and compound, so a pair finishes faster than twice as fast.
