Gym Fitness Consultant [Full-time / Part-time]

Archers Arena is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Gym Fitness Consultant to enroll people in a 6-week program and help them become the best versions of themselves, mentally and physically. The Gym Fitness Consultant will be responsible for contacting existing leads, closing sales for our gym programs, and planning their schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to convert them into paying members.
• Conduct tours of the gym facilities and demonstrate the benefits of the 6-week program to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Attend networking events, industry events, and other events to generate leads and promote the gym programs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the gym management team.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Gym & Sales Manager [Full-time / Part-time]

Under the direction of the owner, the Gym & Sales manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and success of the gym. Help manage a team of sales representatives while also participating in sales, sales training and marketing strategies.

Operations:
• Maintain the security and safety of the gym, members, guests, and confidential information
• Ensure the gym is kept clean and all equipment organized and in working order at all times
• Ensure all Opening & Closing Procedures are completed as scheduled and outlined
• Develop a scheduled cleaning program and ensure team members carry out tasks in a high quality, timely manner
• Order inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements:
• Training experience for personal or group fitness
• Sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet established goals
• Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
• Clear and articulate communication skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Computer literacy

Coach & Refs [Full-time / Part-time]

Being an Arena Coach is vital to the customer experience.
You are expected to instruct customers on game play, safety and rules,
wage $17-20/hr + tips (avg $40 per hour)

• Engage in teaching customers how to fire a bow properly and provide feedback on improving their skills
• Teach customers on how to use Nerf Blasters and troubleshoot jams
• Ensure Safety during Bubble Soccer Sessions
• Execute on WOW experience strategy and make the most out each player's game
• You will be the referee for each session, so you willl need lots of energy.

Who we are looking for:
• Naturally extroverted
• Customer-oriented with 1.5 years of customer-service experience
• Polite and courteous
• Must be able to think on your feet to create a WOW experience
